A practical introduction to parkour
Children develop practical movement skills through progressive challenges involving running, jumping, climbing, vaulting and landing.
Challenges can support coordination, agility, strength, problem-solving and creative movement.
Coached by Stephen van Huysen
Stephen brings experience across parkour coaching, gymnastics coaching, coach education and programme development.
His coaching approach focuses on safe progression, strong foundations and confident exploration.
